TASK DESCRIPTION
Problem:
By default the query service uses Wikidata's logo. As more installations of it pop up they still use the Wikdata logo while they really shouldn't.

Acceptance criteria:
- By default the query service no longer uses the Wikidata logo
- The logo can be configured more easily than before
Open questions:
- What should the placeholder image be? I am imagining something like the placeholder image MediaWiki has as a default.
