As an ... I want to ... in order to ...
Problem: When everything in the Query Service UI is configurable (T194175) there might be no visual clue about where the source code is hosted (to improve it) or where the interface/software comes from (to contact their authors, to get a copy to meet my own needs, etc.). It's interesting to include some "static" element that can provide this information both in an explicit way (maybe text, maybe an external link to detailed information) and in a visually identifiable way (e.g., a small, modest decorative element with the Wikimedia colors in a corner), no matter how different an instance of the UI is configured from Wikidata's one.
