I think there's something weird is going on with Unicode encoding... The database reports two triples for IPA for http://www.wikidata.org/entity/L32384-F1: "/su\u00cb\u0090r/" and "/su\u02d0r/". I am not sure how that happened but this is probably the source of the issue. Not sure why the update process does not remove the extra one.
