Is it a human-readable discussion? If yes why not use talk page?
We are experimenting with writing our user stories in a way that is more decoupled from the implementation details that before.
After discussing it we might well decide that using talk pages is what we want but we're trying to be explicit in what the user needs first and then decide what is the best/most efficient way to engineer it.
