TASK DESCRIPTION

Motivation
For the parent task, we need to be able to access fallback languages for interface languages. It is currently unclear how that works in the current implementation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The current behavior is documented in the overall doc
  • It is clear how to solve the parent ticket
