I don't get the breakage on that page either logged in or out, but I also have a different pcache keys (commonswiki:pcache:idhash:3908058-0!wb=3 for logged out, which notably misses the thumbsize=2 fragmentation which might make the update slow?). I've seen in on a couple of pages, but it's unpredictable. It's probably caused by our needing to muck around with the parser cache output object as MediaWiki doesn't have a way for slots to be arbitrarily rendered into the page yet.

I think the Lexeme breakage is T214769 and unrelated.
