TASK DESCRIPTION

Wikibase has a set of versatile IdGenerators. We want to extract them into an external library and make them reusable in other extensions.

acceptance criteria

  • create gerrit repository
  • start security review
  • start deployment to packagist
  • extract IdGenerators library from Wikibase
  • depend on and use IdGenerators library in Wikibase Schema
