TASK DESCRIPTION Since we enabled the parser cache for schemas (T218459 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T218459>), the “edit” or “add schema text” links on newly created schemas are redlinks. I assume this is because MediaWiki already renders the page for the first time before it has been fully saved; if you switch to a different language, or purge the page, the links become blue.
