TASK DESCRIPTION The current password of 'adminpass' is blacklisted in 1.33 as a commonly used password. You can see we discovered this for another docker setup https://github.com/addshore/mediawiki-docker-dev/pull/79. Failure to do this will result in users being unable to log in normally and break api logins etc..
