TASK DESCRIPTION
We had to disable several tests after Sesame upgrade:
1.
org.openrdf.query.parser.sparql.SPARQLUpdateTest.testInsertWhereUsingWith()
Fails due to WITH graph is used to evaluate WHERE clause instead of USING
graph.
2.
org.openrdf.query.parser.sparql.ComplexSPARQLQueryTest.testSES2336NegatedPropertyPathMod()
Failing due to unsupported negated property path modifiers.
3.
org.openrdf.query.parser.sparql.ComplexSPARQLQueryTest.testSES869ValueOfNow()
Fails due to several NOW function executions produce different results
We need to re-enable those tests if possible.
