I want to mention that the highest invoked jobs in the jobqueue currently is addUages job and by fixing this we drop 30% of the jobs in jobqueue F29655363: image.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F29655363> FYI to @Joe, @mobrovac, and @Pchelolo so if the job queue insertion rate drops by 30%, you should know that it's for good and you probably can repurpose some job runner nodes.
