**Thank you!** I did indeed run into that issue of the cached babel configuration when I changed my `.browserlistrc` and the build artefacts didn't change. Good catch! I would like to propose a third possible action: - postpone further work on this issue. We are likely going to need some of the polyfills down the line anyway and the work needed to adjust the configuration isn't going to change much. So we could just do it when we are almost done and know the actual impact we would still get or not get.
