TASK DESCRIPTION As a person interested in #wikidata-bridge <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/wikidata-bridge/> development, I want to see the latest development status in order to evaluate it without setting up a local test system. **Problem:** There is no public test system for data bridge. **Acceptance criteria:** - Wikidata Bridge is enabled on the beta cluster, specifically Beta Wikidata <https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Wikidata:Main_Page>. (Technically, this amounts to setting `$wgWBClientSettings['dataBridgeEnabled'] = true;`, plus possibly other settings necessary.)
