TASK DESCRIPTION As mentioned in the context of T227207 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T227207> we should have a true integration test for our dump scripts (probably only on Travis, setting this up on Wikimedia CI is probably to much work). This test sets up a Wikibase Repo installation, creates (or imports) a few entities that use all features (sitelinks, terms, statements, references, qualifiers), and then dumps them from the CLI and compares the output, to a previous dump of the same entities.
