TASK DESCRIPTION Currently, at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q21487967, the heading for the list of Wikipedia pages is shown as `⧼wikibase-sitelinks-wikipedia⧽` without any uselang modification. This is the same as the message when `uselang=qqx`, but without that it should be parsed like other messages. Confirmed when `safemode=1` (not caused by on-wiki scripting) The same issue affects the monolingual text field.
