I just tried to add the link a third time in the sandbox, and this time I get
the expected error
Could not save due to an error.

Q64008110. Perhaps the items should be merged and one of them deleted? Request
deletion of one of the items at d:Wikidata:Requests for deletions, or ask at
d:Wikidata:Interwiki conflicts if you believe that they should not be merged.
Which exclude the possibility that we forgot to activate the "only 1
sitelink" rule on Wiktionary sitelinks.
