TASK DESCRIPTION
Currently, Wikidata RDF export generates wrong prefixes on beta:
@prefix s: <https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/entity/statement/> .
@prefix data: <https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:EntityData/> .
@prefix ref: <https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/reference/> .
@prefix v: <https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/value/> .
The URIs are right, so it's not a blocker, but it's still not correct. Seems
to be consequence of
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/517021. Not
sure if https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/527149
fixes it...
Also I wonder how the tests did not catch this change?
