TASK DESCRIPTION
The {{Ping project|}}-template frequently lists all the participants on the
page where the ping is made. For example at
(https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Wikidata:Property_proposal/contact_area_count&oldid=993832658)
this error seems to happen sometimes and not at other times. Given that
ping-project is an important way of communication for Wikidata it would be
great if it's functionality could be updated to avoid this bug.
While we are at the functionality of the template, the alert the user gets an
alert like " Eihel mentioned you on Wikidata:Property proposal/MESH Concept
ID in "Discussion"." for being pinged as being part in Wikiproject Medicine
(https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Property_proposal/MESH_Concept_ID#Discussion).
It would be great if the text of the notification could related to the
Wikiproject instead of saying "mentioned you".
