And the impact (If we manage to remove more things) has already been calculated in T204109#4602542 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T204109#4602542> The issue is we need to tread lightly as in theory the things listed in the linked comment that we could remove could be used in a filter. The first 2 tickets removing things are just the 2 right now we are sure are not used.
