TASK DESCRIPTION On https://m.wikidata.org/wiki/Q42?uselang=de-formal, the new termbox (See also T231476 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T231476>) emits lang=de-formal (MediaWiki language code) instead of lang=de-x-formal (BCP 47 standard language code). (See also T231475 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T231475> for a related, general Wikibase issue.) We should not do the same! The inlanguage directive should be also able to resolve the correct language code.
