Thank you for your quick response ! However the suggested way is a bit hard to leverage. For the record, I have not found a good solution to the problem, but what I did was to make the update refresh more often, by passing a delay option (`-d`) to 0 to `./runUpdate.sh`. This way a shorter sleep works. Note: I also increased the time to wait for the `mysql` and `wikibase` container to be up (with the `wait-for-it.sh` script) because sometimes 2mn was not enough and the updater was silently killed.
