If `maxlag` is to be based on the maximum lag of the pooled servers, will there be active measures to monitor these, and take any really badly lagged server (ie significantly worse lagged than any of the others) out of the pool, and out of the maxlag calculation, to give it a chance to recover ? Otherwise I worry that our availability for upload could be crippled, whenever one of the servers gets into difficulties.
