TASK DESCRIPTION Structured Data on Commons intends to allow using Constraints defined on Wikidata (i.e. for Wikidata properties) also on MediaInfo structured data. In order to allow using WikibaseQualityConstraints extension on Commons in a way intended, the extension must be adjusted to allow to read constraint definitions from the database of wiki other than the local one.
