  One other occurrence that popped into my head is vandalism and reverts.
  What is described above doesn't take into account the following:
  
  - a statement value is vandalized
  - that statement value is reverted
  
  As far as I know this would be counted as a tainted reference statement with 
our current approach?
  
  There are many other edge case patterns that I image we might come across, 
but as discussed in the meeting I won't bother listing them all and maybe we 
will come across them via experimentation with the baseline.
