Restricted Application added a project: Wikidata.

TASK DESCRIPTION
We want to know how many times people click edit after the tainted reference
warning icon is shown (with the expectation that they'll be "untainting" the
statement).

  **BDD**

GIVEN a statement with a tainted reference warning
WHEN a user clicks edit on that statement
  THEN it is counted

  **Acceptance criteria:**

[ ] dashboard exists that visualizes the number above over time

  **Notes:**

  - We only count it if the editor clicks edit on the same statement again.
Editing another statement is ignored.
  - We don't require the editor to open the popper. If they've already learned
what the icon means from previous interactions then that is fine. We still
count the click on the edit link.
