No, wait, we already include the `<meta>` tag which the MathJax docs
recommend to force IE standards mode, so that probably isn’t it.
Can you try in the browser console if `MathJax` is a real object? (Starts
with `{ version: "3.0.0"` on my system.) Or if there are any earlier errors
that look related to MathJax, maybe?
