  Two points:
  
  - Maybe the easiest to set-up solution is to have a possibility to have data 
on WikiData that cannot be re-used (editors on WikiData can flag a certain 
'sensitive' data as 'noreuse', which will show the field on WikiData and it can 
be 'read', but client wikis that call the data will get an empty result from 
WikiData).
  - A workable solution is suggested here:
