TASK DESCRIPTION Reproduce: - Use some extension or software (e.g. Adblock Plus) to block requests contains `P369` - Open an item page - Try to add property `P369`, the value selector will not load - Remove the rule blocking `P369` - Try to add property `P369`, it will still fail (no new web request is generated) Excepted: As the first request is failed, the request should be retried when you try to add the property again. This will affect editing experience when using a shaky internet connection (when not all web requests will succeed).
