TASK DESCRIPTION
The AnonymousI18n on commons (also used on wikidata) is using a deprecated
variable:
Use of "wgUserLanguage" is deprecated. Use mw.config instead
and is spending a bit of time (at least in debug mode), warning about this.
and in general, appears some performance optimizations might be possible, since
the gadget scripts are among the slower things when doing profiling of commons:
