State of the rebuild of holes for (sql based lists) for item IDs that have
already been passed over by the main script since the last big holes were fixed:

    addshore@stat1007:~$ wc -l 27feb1125-*
         8643 27feb1125-00to10-holes
         1319 27feb1125-10to20-holes
         1672 27feb1125-20to30-holes
      1245150 27feb1125-30to40-holes
       904696 27feb1125-40to50-holes
      6390683 27feb1125-50to60-holes
      5014142 27feb1125-60to70-holes
       873359 27feb1125-70to80-holes

This doesn't make any sense beyond where the migration script is (currently
Q54 million) as the query used to detect these "holes" will not detect items
that have not been migrated at all.
Up to Q20 has already been passed over with the SQL based rebuild, and some
of the holes identified there will be due to the aliases issue described in
T244115 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T244115> for which a patch will be
deployed this week
Some more of these holes will be deleted items as identified in
T219123#5892356 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T219123#5892356> etc in this
ticket, which we still might want to clean up
