TASK DESCRIPTION Similar to T243693: Querying the URL datatype with haswbstatement <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T243693> I propose to index monolingual text statements so that they may be searched via haswbstatement. Initially language may be ignored (ideally it should be searchable via some syntax like `haswbstatement:"P1559=Albert Einstein"@de` but this may be done in a later date). Some property may benefit from full-text search like Wikidata usage instructions <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P2559> and first line <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1922>. Note title <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1476> is currently used more than 34 million times.
