Sorry I totally missed this and only now saw it cleaning up tasks assigned to me. I am not sure we need to support approving the claim separately from the reference. I don't see meaningful cases where one would take the claim but reject the reference that comes with it. And on top of that it clutters up the interface. So I'd go with 2 buttons for the whole statement.
