Checked in `wmf.24`- all specs are in place (checked them with F31552245 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F31552245>). Also, selectively checked List of Properties <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:ListProperties/quantity?datatype=quantity> - all looks ok.
