daniel added a comment. Oh, and of course: if you create a redirect while moving, the item is still used by the redirect page (which has the old title, but a new page id). So in that case, the subscription wouldn't change (actually, it would be unsubscribed when the page is moved, and subscribed a few milliseconds later, when the redirect is created).
