  WDQS does need to "skolemize" not "unskolemize" but in the end this is the 
same discussion as pondering whether or not we want WDQS to be close to 
Wikibase RDF output by moving the "skolemization" before generating the RDF 
output.
  
  Yes this change is only to make the update process faster by removing the 
complexity and cost induced by tracking blank nodes. Since all edits to 
wikidata now depend directly on the efficiency of this process we believe that 
it is worth this breaking change.
