These URLs were scraped due to the fact that we didn't run SS1 (To generate of allowed - whitelisted external identifiers) again after the changes we made to it (to exclude these blacklisted external identifiers from even being checked) See https://github.com/wmde/reference-hunting-data/blob/master/whitelisted_external_refs.json#L1 for further details.
