TASK DESCRIPTION The default in MediaWiki is currently 1. Wikibase introduces a fair few extra jobs, that might result in quite a backlog being created in some situations. We should investigate increasing the default? Or at the bare minimum document the fact in user facing wikibase docs that people may want to make sure their job tail isn't too long.
