We created panels and alerts for the dispatch script starts for wikidatawiki and testwikidatawiki on the Wikidata Alert Grafana Dashboard <https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/TUJ0V-0Zk/wikidata-alerts?orgId=1&refresh=5s>. They are intended to off if no script was started for 10 minutes on wikidatawiki and 60 minutes on testwikidatawiki. The higher number on testwikidatawiki was needed as gaps of 30 minutes seem quite common there.
