  Neither of those claims are true. Wikidata edits are tracked in watchlist, 
just like those in Wikipedia are. And Wikidata descriptions should be sourced 
in the body of the Wikidata item, just like material in Wikipedia ledes or 
infoboxes is sourced in the body of the Wikipedia article.
