https://github.com/wmde/wikibase-docker/pull/130 I tested locally and it works fine. I also checked and there no complicated loading of setting (`$wgWBRepoSettings` and `$wgWBClientSettings`). It doesn't depend on example settings being loaded and even if it did, it would have been fine because the change got in after the branch cut.
