As seen in the example given "Add / Replace a whole alias list by language" there is a need to talk about a single alias list (as identified by a single language). Having both legitimate use for `aliasList` as well as `aliasLists` would not help clarity either. On top of that, the proposed `aliasLists` is technically a map (from language code to an array of string) which might trigger some and the wording in the repo is already the result of an attempt of fighting tech speak (c.f. <https://github.com/wmde/wikibase-rest-api-proposal/pull/93>). I don't have strong feelings about this but I'm not convinced - what do others think?
