To reproduce locally:
---------------------
1. Checkout `master`
2. Make sure there is no `dist` folder in the `vue-components` subfolder
3. Run `cd vue-components`
4. Run `npm pack`
**Current behavior:** The tarball does not include the required `dist`
assets
5. Checkout this branch: https://github.com/wmde/wikit/pull/211
6. Repeat steps 3 & 4
**Desired behavior:** The dist folder is created, the tarball contains the
required `dist` assets
