TASK DESCRIPTION It looks like most English Wikipedia articles currently have an //explicit// use on the English Wikidata description. We want to spend a bit of time trying to figure out where it comes from, since it makes little sense already (English Wikipedia very recently stopped using English Wikidata descriptions except through Lua) and will soon make even less sense once we’ve implemented implicit usages for those (T191831 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T191831>).
