After talking to @Thompsonbry.systap, I'm reasonably confident we can handle 
the update rate we're seeing.  I think its important that we start work on 
update early in the process though because its been identified as a risk area.  
It'd be nice to be able to stress test the update side.  We had something super 
basic for this on the property graph side where we just loaded an old dump and 
then told the update system to try and catch up.  The update system we had 
there wasn't actually designed for speed (more for simplicity) so we actually 
spent most of our time waiting on api results.
