to ask the person who plans to contribute strings in it: Do you plan to
contribute in some kind of a common orthography? Or in //one// of the languages
listed at https://iso639-3.sil.org/code/oji ? Or in several of these languages?

  Unfortunately, I actually don't know anything about the language or its
dialects. What happened is that I went to add the title to the English-language
publication in my usage example, which I'm slowly moving towards writing an
English Wikipedia article about, and I found that the Wikidata UI did not
autocomplete for the related language codes. (I don't //think// it's
Chippewa...?)

  In cursory searching, I haven't yet been able to determine the specific
language of this title; according to the Wikipedia article on the Mille Lacs
Band, who publish this newspaper, although they're categorized by the Minnesota
state government and the United States federal government as a "Minnesota
Chippewa Tribe", they prefer the term "Ojibwe". Search engines are telling me
that the term "Chippewa language" does not appear on their official web site:
they appear to always use the term "Ojibwe language", and unfortunately pages
which contain significant passages in the language like this one
<http://www.millelacsband.com/news/gikendandaa-iiw-ojibwemowin-learn-the-ojibwe-language>
 are not marked with a language code in the HTML.

  To confirm, at this point I'm only adding this single monolingual text value,
which I've currently set to "mis". It's entirely up to you guys whether it's
appropriate to go ahead and add a new language code under these circumstances;
I just posted the general question of how to proceed in the "Lexicographical
data" project talk page (where the suggestion was also made that the code I
wanted was "oj") and got pointed to the help page, which led me here.
