Ah understood. So I think there are two issues here then. One is seeing changes that don't actually affect the article. This should be very rare by now and if it's happening it should most of the time be due to a template that is accessing the whole Item instead of more finegrained statements. The other issue is about wanting to filter the remaining changes that do actually affect the article and yeah I guess that could be different on Wikipedia and Wikidata indeed.
