TASK DESCRIPTION While looking into T267733 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T267733>, it became apparent that the font for the heading "Simple Query Builder" has very bad kerning for the Arabic script. Also, the Arabic <https://ar.wikipedia.org/> and Persian <https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%AF%D8%AE%D8%AA_%D8%A2%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%B3_%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA%D9%86%D8%A8%D8%B1%DA%AF> Wikipedias are not using Linux Libertine for their headings. The DejaVu font apparently works well for the arabic script.
