TASK DESCRIPTION
NOTE: TODO: find and add correct query that includes the labels
**acceptance criteria**
[ ] The QueryRepresentation needs a boolena field for selecting the Labels
[ ] if that field is true then the query should also select the Labels in the
current language (i.e. using the language from the uselang parameter)
- Should the language be part of the QueryRepresentation?
[ ] the state needs to have a field `omitLabels` for **not** selecting Labels
in the query, this field should be //false// by default
[ ] add a getter and mutation and action for setting and accessing that field
in the state
