TASK DESCRIPTION
- Component being closed programmatically
- has prop: `isShown` or `isVisible`
- emits even `update:isShown` or `update:isVisible` so that it can be used
with the `.sync` modifier
- has a slot for the content
- has styles
- does not yet have positioning
- is always positioned center below the target
- does not yet have the pointer (triangle)
