TASK DESCRIPTION
  Currently it is mandatory to scroll to be able to add a statement. See
picture below for how it looks on my laptop with a ~11" display

  I would love to see an add statement button I can quickly click (preferable
in the top bar next to "Read".

  $ xdpyinfo | grep 'dimensions:'

    dimensions:    1280x800 pixels (339x212 millimeters)

  as an editor I want to add a statement while the page is loading without
scrolling by clicking a button easily visible.
  the button should not jump around while loading happens because that leads to
user frustration because they end up clicking something else because the button
jumped away.
